Factory Operative

Our client one of the leading manufacturers and innovators in packaging for the food industry is currently looking for Production Operators to join their team.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude who can communicate effectively with other employees. Experience within the manufacturing environment is not essential as full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work within allocated team to achieve planned manufacturing and efficiency targets.
  • Packing finished goods in line with customer specification
  • Ensure all production documentation is available and correctly completed at the start, during and end of production run.
  • Adhere to quality standards, taking ownership of our products and delivering the best quality to all our customers.
  • Communicate manufacturing status correctly via the production control system.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in all production areas.

Additional Requirements

  • Good verbal, written and reading skills.
  • Ability to follow a process to agreed work standards

Inventory Control / Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for an Inventory Control / Warehouse Assistant to support our Client's inventory team on a full-time temporary basis. Your tasks will include supporting the timely and accurate receipt of raw materials, inventory management, receipt and despatch of stock, movement of items, all in line with standard operating procedures.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday from 8.30am to 2.30pm with a half hour lunch break (unpaid).

The successful candidate will need to be IT proficient, have manual handling experience, have a good understanding of stock control and be physically fit and able to move products around the warehouse.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an office administrator to join their ever-growing team in Ely Cambridgeshire. The Office Administrator will become part of a friendly, flexible team offering day to day organisation, covering booking keeping and general administration roles.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating and communicating our client invoicing, supplier payments and expenses. You will be responsible for submission of VAT, Pension and Wage data to the relevant bodies. Our client in Littleport, is looking for Refuse Loaders to join them. For the right candidate, this is a temp-perm position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that refuse / recycling material is collected in a safe manner complying with manual handling best practice.
  • Ensure that all collections are carried out to the standard required.
  • Ensuring that all safety equipment is available/being worn and serviceable.
  • Minimizing refuse spills by clearing away any deposits remaining.
  • Assisting the driver to ensure that the vehicle is maneuvered in a safe and courteous manner, minimizing any danger to other highway users.
